Kiwi Property Group is one of New Zealand’s largest diversified property companies, known for creating vibrant, community-focused spaces. Resido is their build-to-rent brand, designed to offer modern, flexible living with a focus on lifestyle, connection, and convenience.
For this project, the objective was to develop engaging social content that showcases the Resido resident experience—highlighting events, amenities, and everyday moments to build brand awareness and community connection online.

Overview
This video was produced to capture the energy and community vibe of a Resido resident event from a first-person perspective. Designed to feel authentic and immersive, the content aimed to strengthen engagement and showcase the lifestyle benefits of living at Resido.
Our Role
Scripting: Crafted a natural, conversational script to match the tone of a resident sharing their experience.
Voiceover: Directed and recorded a warm, friendly voiceover to guide the viewer through the event.
Filming: Captured real-time footage from a resident’s POV, using smooth movement and authentic moments.
Directing: Directed on-location to ensure shots aligned with the Resido brand and visual storytelling.
Editing: Produced a polished, vertical-format video for Instagram Reels, complete with music, timing, and on-screen text for high engagement.
Distribution
Published on Resido’s business Instagram page as part of their community engagement campaign.
Results
The video became Resido’s top-performing Reel, earning over 16,000 views and 90+ likes, significantly outperforming average post engagement and reinforcing brand connection with current and future residents.
